REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – NDM AGENCY!

At NDM Agency, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services, including marketing, advertising, branding, and other creative solutions. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work (digital services, advertising, and creative delivery), all payments made to NDM Agency are non-refundable. Once a project, service, or subscription has started, no refund will be issued, regardless of performance, expectations, or results.

2. Cancellation Policy

·       Project or service cancellation must be requested in writing via email before work begins.

·       If the client cancels the project before the start of work, only 50% of the total project amount (advance fees) may be refunded.

·       No cancellation or refund will be applicable once the work has started, deliverables are shared, or campaigns/designs are initiated.

3. Service-Based Conditions

This policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to:

  • ·       Social Media Marketing
  • ·       Google / Meta / YouTube Advertising
  • ·       Website / E-commerce Services
  • ·       Graphics, Branding, Designing, and Creative Work
  • ·       SEO, Automation, Business Setup, or Digital Consultation

Since these services require time, planning, tools, and manpower, refunds are not possible once execution begins.

4. Third-Party Charges

Any payment made to third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hosting, Domain, SMS, Email, AI Tools, etc.) are not covered under our refund policy, and NDM Agency is not responsible for those charges. These are handled as per the third-party provider’s policy.

5. Project Halt or Non-Response:

If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 days or more, NDM Agency reserves the right to pause or close the project, and no refund will be issued. Work completed up to that point will be considered delivered.

6. Quality & Satisfaction:

We commit to making reasonable revisions based on the selected package. However, “no refund” still applies even if the client is unhappy after revisions, because the service, time, and efforts have already been invested.

7. Policy Updates:

NDM Agency reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means the client accepts the updated policy.
